Properties for sale

The quickest and easiest way for us to let you know when a new property comes on to the market is to send you an email so, please make sure we have your current email address. We can then provide you with further details and information whenever you are free and want to talk about it.

Viewings

Providing our sellers allow, we are happy to do viewings from 10am to 6pm, six days a week so we will be able to fit you in. We confirm all our viewings via email with the full property address including postcode, date and time of the appointment along with the negotiator who will be meeting you.

Offers

We hope to find you the perfect home -the one you have always wanted. Once we have, we will use our skill and experience to agree a deal. We keep in regular contact with all our buyers, sellers, solicitors and more to make sure things run as smoothly as possible. If you encounter a little hiccup, we will be sure to help.

Recommendations & referrals

We have worked with a lot of other related businesses across the region and have built up a fairly good idea of those that we like. If you would like a recommendation for any property related service, then please let us know and we will be happy to help. Initially, an excellent Financial Advisor will be essential, as will a solicitor. Further down the line we can help with surveyors, plumbers, electricians and more.
